Just one day before he was rushed to the hospital, Chuck Norris was reportedly training on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. Friends who saw him that day said he was in a cheerful mood, joking and acting like his usual energetic self.

According to reports, the 86 year old actor and martial arts legend was still following his regular training routine and staying active. The next day, however, he suffered a sudden medical emergency and was taken to a hospital on the island.

Earlier in the month, Norris had celebrated his 86th birthday and posted a video of himself training and sparring. In the post, he joked about his age and wrote a message that quickly went viral.

“I don’t age. I level up,” he wrote in his final Instagram post, showing that he still felt strong and active even at 86.

Reports also say that just a few months before his death, Norris had even climbed a mountain during a trip, showing how active he remained later in life.

After the medical emergency in Hawaii, he was hospitalized and passed away shortly after, surrounded by his family. His family later confirmed that he died peacefully.

Fans around the world were shocked because just days earlier he appeared healthy, active, and in great spirits, making the news even more unexpected.

Chuck Norris leaves behind a legacy as one of the most famous martial artists and action stars in the world, remembered for his strength, discipline, and long career in movies and television.
