Law enforcement officials were dispatched to actor Shia LaBeouf’s residence in New Orleans in early February following reports of a dispute involving an unnamed man and his former girlfriend. According to police records obtained, the incident took place on the night of February 8. The man stated that he was showing his current girlfriend around his home when his ex-girlfriend arrived uninvited and approached them. The man intervened and asked his current partner to leave, positioning himself between the two women. During the encounter, the man reported that his ex-girlfriend struck him in the groin area, causing pain but no lasting injury. He declined medical attention.

Further details from the police reveal that the ex-girlfriend and the man had been in a relationship from November until their break-up in December. During police questioning, the man disclosed concerns about potential violence from his ex-girlfriend, referencing her alleged history, which included an arrest for stabbing someone. He indicated ongoing threats during their interactions and that the situation was deteriorating. Based on these accounts, authorities issued an arrest warrant for the ex-girlfriend.

Separately, Shia LaBeouf himself was arrested last week in New Orleans following an incident at a bar where he allegedly punched an employee, leading to a confrontation before police intervention. He faces two counts of simple battery. These events occurred several months after his separation from estranged wife Mia Goth. After the split, LaBeouf moved from Los Angeles to New Orleans in December, purchasing a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home in the Uptown area for just over $1 million.

Despite the recent arrest, LaBeouf has been seen publicly in New Orleans, including footage capturing him in a bar near Bourbon Street accompanied by an unidentified woman. Attempts to reach LaBeouf’s representatives for comment have not yet been successful.
