Porsha Williams, known for her role on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” has publicly criticized her ex-husband Simon Guobadia for employing deceptive tactics during their ongoing court dispute. The legal conflict centers around a defamation lawsuit Simon filed against Porsha in November 2024, related to social media posts about erectile dysfunction.

Simon Guobadia claims that Porsha’s posts falsely suggested he was suffering from erectile dysfunction, which he argues damaged his business and caused emotional distress. He has denied having any such condition. Meanwhile, Porsha and her attorneys maintain that her statements were general and did not refer to him or any individual specifically. They argue that discussing a health issue affecting many people cannot be grounds for liability.

In late January, Simon filed documents seeking to dismiss his own lawsuit, citing difficulties attending court due to immigration issues after reportedly being deported from the United States in 2025. Porsha responded shortly thereafter, requesting that the case be dismissed but only after Simon reimburses her legal expenses, which she claims have been significant due to his prolonged engagement in the case and failure to provide necessary information.

In court filings, Porsha further accused Simon of using deceptive measures to enter the United States illegally. She alleged that he misrepresented his identity and concealed three prior convictions to evade detection, leading to his deportation. These allegations were presented as part of her argument against him, suggesting that his conduct has complicated and extended the legal proceedings.

As of now, the court has not issued a decision regarding Porsha’s request for legal fees or the status of the defamation case. The situation remains under judicial review, with no resolution reached at this time.
