Anne Hathaway Reflects on a Milestone Year
Anne Hathaway says she is embracing one of the busiest and most rewarding periods of her life. The Oscar-winning actress is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman while also preparing for an impressive lineup of five film releases in 2026.
Speaking at the London premiere of The Odyssey, Hathaway described her current journey as “extremely surreal,” adding that she is determined to appreciate every moment of this exciting chapter.
Balancing Family and a Busy Career
Hathaway shared that she understands opportunities like this do not come along often. Rather than looking too far ahead, she said she plans to enjoy the experience while it lasts, comparing her career to riding a wave and making the most of every opportunity.
Despite her packed filming schedule, the actress has continued to place family at the center of her life as she prepares to welcome another child.
A Packed Year at the Movies
The actress has already appeared in Mother Mary and The Devil Wears Prada 2 this year. She also stars as Penelope opposite Matt Damon in The Odyssey, one of the year’s most anticipated films.
Two more movies, The End of Oak Street and Verity, are also scheduled for release later this year, making it one of the busiest periods of Hathaway’s career.
Preparing for Baby No. 3
Hathaway announced her pregnancy in June with a heartfelt social media video. She and Shulman, who married in 2012, are already parents to sons Jonathan and Jack.
People close to the actress say she is focused on enjoying time with her growing family while remaining grateful for the success she has achieved professionally.
Looking Ahead With Gratitude
Known for her performances in films such as The Devil Wears Prada, Les Misérables, and The Princess Diaries, Hathaway continues to balance Hollywood success with family life. As she prepares for another major life milestone, she says she is simply grateful to enjoy the journey, both on and off the screen.
