Former adult film star Lisa Ann has opened up about a personal transformation she says completely changed her life.
The 53-year-old, who built a well-known career in the adult industry before stepping away, revealed she made the decision to remove her breast implants and return to what she calls her “natural” self.
Marking one year since the procedure, she shared before-and-after photos and reflected on how the change has impacted her both physically and mentally.
According to Lisa Ann, the implants played a significant role in her career and success, but no longer aligned with who she is today. She explained that she wanted to feel more comfortable in her own body without relying on enhancements.
Since the surgery, she says she’s experienced noticeable improvements, including better mobility, less physical discomfort, and even improved sleep.
She also described the decision as empowering, saying it allowed her to reconnect with her natural appearance for the first time since she was a teenager.
Looking back, she admitted that working in the adult industry came with pressures to maintain a certain image, including undergoing cosmetic procedures to meet expectations.
Over time, however, her priorities shifted. After stepping away from the industry, she began focusing more on her overall health and well-being rather than appearance alone.
Now, she says the change represents a new chapter in her life — one where she feels more confident, comfortable, and in control than ever before.
