Actor Patrick Muldoon, best known for his roles in Days of Our Lives and Melrose Place, has died suddenly at the age of 57 after suffering a heart attack.

The tragic incident took place on April 19 at his home in Beverly Hills, where he had been spending a quiet morning with his partner, Miriam Rothbart.
According to his sister, Shana Muldoon-Zappa, the morning began normally, with Muldoon having coffee before heading to take a shower.
After noticing he had been in the bathroom longer than expected, his partner went to check on him and found him unconscious on the floor.
Emergency services were called, but despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Family members later described the loss as completely unexpected, with his sister saying he was fit, active, and in good health, making the sudden heart attack even more shocking.
Muldoon had recently been active in both acting and producing, even sharing excitement about an upcoming film project just days before his death.
Over the years, he built a successful career across television and film, becoming widely recognized for his role as Austin Reed and later appearing in movies like Starship Troopers.
He is survived by his partner, parents, and his sister Shana Muldoon-Zappa, along with extended family members.
