Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson have officially tied the knot after celebrating their marriage with an intimate wedding ceremony in the Bahamas.

The couple reportedly exchanged vows during a private gathering on Saturday, May 23, surrounded by close family members and friends on a secluded island in the Caribbean.

Quiet Florida wedding revealed

News of the Bahamas celebration came shortly after reports revealed the couple had already quietly made their marriage official in Florida.

According to wedding documents obtained by PEOPLE, Donald Trump Jr. and Anderson applied for a marriage license on May 14 and were legally married at the West Palm Beach home of Anderson’s twin sister.

The ceremony was reportedly officiated by Anderson’s brother-in-law, real estate attorney Bradley McPherson.

Trump family members attended

Several members of the Trump family were present during the Bahamas celebration, including Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, and Tiffany Trump alongside their spouses.

A source told PEOPLE that the couple chose the location because it was somewhere they frequently visited together.

“Bettina and Don Jr. got married on a glorious day in a place where they often visit,” the insider said.

Relationship became public in 2024

The pair were first linked publicly in August 2024 after being spotted together in Palm Beach, Florida.

Their relationship became more serious over the following months, with Anderson increasingly appearing alongside the Trump family at public events and political gatherings.

President Donald Trump later publicly announced the engagement in December 2025.

During a White House event afterward, Don Jr. joked that Anderson’s “yes” left him temporarily speechless.

White House celebration reportedly possible

Sources previously told PEOPLE that the couple may still hold a larger wedding celebration at the White House in the future.

If it happens, it would become one of the most high-profile social events during Trump’s second presidential term.

The last White House wedding involving a president’s child took place in 1971 during the administration of President Richard Nixon.

Bettina Anderson embraced by Trump family

Sources close to the family have described Anderson as fitting in naturally with Trump’s inner circle.

“She is poised, discerning, and always carries herself beautifully,” one Palm Beach source reportedly said.

Another insider added that the couple appear “very well suited for each other.”

Before marrying Anderson, Don Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump, with whom he shares five children. He was also previously engaged to former Fox News personality Kimberly Guilfoyle.
