After nearly a decade of marriage, Angela Kinsey and her husband, actor Joshua Snyder, are preparing to celebrate a major relationship milestone—and they’re keeping it simple.
The Office actress recently shared how the couple plans to mark their 10th wedding anniversary, revealing that their ideal celebration doesn’t involve lavish parties or extravagant trips.
Instead, they’re hitting the open road.
A Scenic Road Trip for a Special Milestone
Speaking during an event in Los Angeles, Kinsey said she and Snyder have been discussing anniversary plans and hope to spend the occasion enjoying one of their favorite activities together: a road trip.
The couple plans to leave their children with family members before driving up the California coast for a relaxing weekend.
According to Kinsey, the getaway will include stays at charming boutique motels, scenic hikes, plenty of snacks for the journey, and evenings spent watching the sunset together.
The low-key celebration reflects the couple’s shared love of travel and the outdoors.
A Tradition of Making Memories
Road trips have long been part of the couple’s relationship.
Kinsey recalled that they spent their first wedding anniversary exploring Oregon, where they even got a little lost along the way. More recently, they celebrated nine years of marriage with a vineyard tour and wine tasting.
Looking ahead to their tenth anniversary, Kinsey admitted it’s hard to believe how quickly the years have passed.
“We can’t believe it,” she said. “Where has 10 years gone?”
From Friendship to Marriage
Kinsey and Snyder first met in 2014 through their children, who attended the same elementary school.
Their friendship gradually developed into a romance, with Kinsey later revealing that one homemade meal played an unexpected role in bringing them closer together.
When Snyder became ill while they were dating, Kinsey made him a pot of homemade Italian wedding soup—a gesture she later described as one of the moments she realized she was falling in love.
A Family-Centered Proposal
When Snyder proposed in 2016, he made sure the moment included their blended family.
The proposal featured all three of their children, and Kinsey has previously shared that the engagement ring included an emerald—a meaningful choice because it represents all of the children’s birthstone.
The couple married later that year in an intimate ceremony in Topanga, California.
Kinsey has often described their wedding as more than just the union of two people, calling it the coming together of an entire family.
Turning Their Love of Cooking into a Career
Over the years, Kinsey and Snyder have also combined another shared passion: cooking.
The couple co-host the popular YouTube series Baking with Josh & Ange, where they prepare recipes together and occasionally welcome celebrity guests, including several of Kinsey’s former The Office castmates.
Their success in the kitchen eventually led to the release of their own cookbook, allowing them to turn a favorite hobby into a shared career.
