Brandi Glanville has revealed a new development in the health battle that has left her searching for answers for nearly three years.
During the latest episode of her Unfiltered podcast, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said doctors recently discovered what she described as a benign tumor in one of the lymph nodes in her face.
According to Glanville, the diagnosis could help explain the persistent swelling and fluid buildup that has affected her appearance and daily life.
“I have a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face,” she said on the podcast, explaining that the condition is not cancerous.
Glanville said she first became concerned after noticing a lump on her face, but claimed that several doctors initially dismissed it as scar tissue.
“Every doctor that I’ve showed, they’re like, ‘It’s just scar tissue,’” she said. “I’m like, ‘From what? I haven’t had a face lift yet.’”
The reality star expressed frustration with what she felt was a lack of urgency surrounding her symptoms, adding that “there’s a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field.”
The diagnosis is the latest chapter in a long-running health ordeal that Glanville has been publicly documenting since 2023.

Earlier this month, she told listeners that the mysterious facial condition she previously described as a “parasite” had returned after she believed her symptoms were improving.
“I thought I was fixed and then it happened again,” she said during a June podcast episode. “And now it’s sinking in again.”
Despite consulting numerous specialists, Glanville admitted she still does not have definitive answers about what is causing the recurring issues.
“I’ve been to a million doctors,” she said.
The television personality has previously claimed she could feel something moving beneath her skin, describing sensations that felt like “tiny bubbles bursting” inside her face. While she has explored several possible explanations, including parasites and implant-related complications, no clear diagnosis has fully resolved the mystery.
In February, Glanville revealed that she had spent approximately $200,000 on medical appointments and treatments while seeking answers. She also said she had visited 21 different doctors, including infectious disease specialists, dermatologists and rheumatologists.
At the time, she disclosed that a ruptured silicone breast implant was identified as a possible contributor to her symptoms, though she continued to believe a parasite may also have been involved.
Now, with the discovery of a benign tumor, Glanville hopes she may finally be getting closer to understanding what has been causing her ongoing facial swelling and discomfort.
“It’s been a long three years,” she said.
For now, she remains focused on finding answers and regaining a sense of normalcy after a health battle that has dramatically impacted her life and appearance.
