Victoria Beckham has stunned fans after her husband, David Beckham, revealed she has eaten the exact same meal every day for more than two decades.
The fashion designer, who first rose to fame as part of the Spice Girls in the 1990s, has since built a global reputation in the fashion world. But behind the scenes, her daily routine appears to be just as consistent as her signature style.
A ‘disciplined’ lifestyle built on routine
In past interviews, Beckham has described herself as highly disciplined when it comes to both diet and fitness.
She has said her meals focus on healthy fats like fish, avocado, and nuts, while her workout routine includes intense cardio and weight training sessions.
“I’m quite extreme in anything I do,” she admitted, explaining that her approach applies to everything from diet to exercise and even alcohol consumption.
The one meal she never changes
Despite her varied wellness habits, one detail stands out above the rest — her daily meal.
According to David Beckham, she has stuck to the same simple dish for around 25 years: grilled fish with steamed vegetables.
“When I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it,” he said during a podcast appearance. “Unfortunately, I’m married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.”
The one time she broke the habit
There was, however, one rare exception.
David recalled a moment when Victoria shared food from his plate while she was pregnant with their daughter, Harper — something he described as unforgettable.
“It was one of my favorite evenings,” he said, noting that she hasn’t done it since.
Beckham responds to the headlines
After the revelation made headlines, Victoria Beckham addressed the claims, suggesting they had been slightly exaggerated.
“Talk about making me sound boring,” she said, clarifying that her husband meant she is simply very disciplined with her eating habits.
She later added that her routine is a conscious choice tied to her lifestyle and goals, saying, “I’m very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work.”
