Kylie Jenner is facing a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper who alleges discrimination, harassment, and poor working conditions during her time at the reality star’s Los Angeles home.

The claims were filed by former employee Juana Delgado Soto, who worked at the property for several years and is now seeking damages.

What the Lawsuit Claims

According to the complaint, Soto alleges she experienced racial discrimination, verbal harassment, and denial of proper breaks while employed between 2019 and 2025.

She claims the situation worsened after a new supervisor was appointed, alleging repeated mistreatment and offensive remarks related to her background.

The lawsuit also includes claims of unpaid wages and failure to address workplace complaints.

The “Don’t Look” Allegation

One of the most striking claims in the lawsuit is that Soto was allegedly instructed not to look at Kylie Jenner.

According to the filing, after attempting to raise concerns, she was told not to make eye contact, smile, or interact, and to “disappear” if she encountered Jenner.

It is not confirmed whether Jenner was aware of these alleged instructions.

Attempts to Raise Concerns

Soto says she tried to report the situation internally, including filing a complaint about her supervisor.

She also claims she left a handwritten note intended for Jenner, describing her working conditions and asking for help.

The lawsuit suggests that conditions did not improve after these efforts.

Additional Allegations

The complaint includes further claims of restricted breaks, being denied time off during a family emergency, and being assigned difficult or degrading tasks.

Soto ultimately left her position in 2025, citing ongoing stress and anxiety linked to her work environment.

A Second Lawsuit Emerges

This case follows a separate lawsuit filed by another former housekeeper, adding to scrutiny around employment conditions connected to Jenner’s household.

That earlier complaint also included allegations of mistreatment, though details vary between the cases.

What Has Been Confirmed

At this stage, the allegations remain claims presented in legal filings and have not been proven in court.

Importantly, the lawsuits do not make direct claims that Kylie Jenner personally engaged in the alleged behavior.

Legal proceedings are expected to determine how responsibility may be assigned, if at all.
