New details have reportedly emerged about the confidentiality agreement for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s highly anticipated wedding celebration, with sources claiming the couple’s non-disclosure agreement (NDA) relies more on trust than financial penalties.
NDA Reportedly Has No Financial Punishment
According to TMZ, guests invited to the event were required to sign an NDA before receiving full wedding details. However, the agreement reportedly does not include monetary fines or other financial consequences for anyone who leaks information.
Instead, sources say anyone who violates the agreement could be removed from the celebration and risk damaging their relationship with the couple and their inner circle.
Wedding Details Remain Closely Guarded
Although widespread reports suggest a major celebration is planned around July 3 in New York City, neither Swift nor Kelce has officially confirmed the date, venue, or guest list.
Multiple outlets have reported that permits were filed for street closures near Madison Square Garden, fueling speculation that the venue could host at least part of the festivities. Still, the exact plans remain unconfirmed by the couple.
Invitations Designed to Prevent Leaks
TMZ also reported that invitations were individually watermarked with each guest’s name, allowing organizers to identify the source if an invitation or photo were shared publicly. The invitations reportedly listed only “New York City” as the location, withholding the exact venue from guests until later.
The outlet added that there is reportedly no film release attached to the event, suggesting the celebration is not being produced as a documentary or television special.
A Wedding Surrounded by Speculation
Reports have suggested the celebration could include more than 1,000 guests and appearances from several high-profile performers, but many of those details remain based on anonymous sources rather than official announcements.
Until Swift or Kelce publicly confirms their wedding plans, many of the reported logistics, including the venue and entertainment lineup, should be viewed as unverified.
