A new beverage company linked to Barron Trump has officially launched its first product, introducing a premium yerba mate drink inspired by what the brand describes as the “Florida lifestyle.”
The company, called SOLLOS Yerba Mate, released its debut Pineapple + Coconut flavor this week with a 12-pack retailing for $39.
According to company materials, Barron Trump is listed as a director of the business alongside a group of young entrepreneurs from South Florida.
The Brand Says It Was Inspired By Florida Living
SOLLOS says the idea for the drink was born in a cabana while trying to create a beverage suited to Florida’s outdoor and sun-focused culture.
The company describes the product as something designed for beach days, sports, and active lifestyles while focusing on organic ingredients and natural caffeine.
The first flavor combines organic Brazilian yerba mate with pineapple and coconut flavors.
The drink is sweetened using cane sugar, raw honey, and monk fruit extract, with each can containing 50 calories and around 120mg of natural caffeine.
Why The Company Only Released One Flavor
Unlike many beverage startups that launch several varieties at once, SOLLOS decided to focus entirely on perfecting a single flavor before expanding further.
On its website, the company claimed it had “obsessed” over the Pineapple + Coconut blend until it felt the taste was “flawless.”
The strategy appears aimed at creating a more curated premium identity rather than flooding the market with multiple options immediately.
Meaning Behind The Name SOLLOS
Months before the product launch, the company explained the inspiration behind the name in a LinkedIn post.

According to the brand, “SOL” represents the rising sun while “LOS,” which is “Sol” spelled backward, symbolizes sunset.
Together, the company says the name reflects the full cycle of the sun and the idea that “it begins where it ends.”
Barron Trump Keeps Low Public Profile
Although Barron Trump has largely stayed out of the public spotlight compared to other members of the Trump family, interest in his business ventures has grown in recent months.
The youngest son of President Donald Trump is currently studying at New York University while reportedly becoming more involved in entrepreneurial projects.
The launch of SOLLOS has already sparked discussion online, particularly over the drink’s premium pricing and branding centered around luxury Florida culture.
Some social media users praised the sleek marketing approach, while others questioned whether consumers would pay nearly $40 for a 12-pack of canned yerba mate.
As energy drinks and wellness beverages continue booming in popularity, the company now faces the challenge of standing out in an increasingly competitive market.
