Tom Sandoval and his former girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, are now involved in competing restraining order cases after both accused each other of abuse following the end of their relationship. A Los Angeles judge has delayed ruling on Robinson’s request while an earlier order obtained by Sandoval remains in effect.

Judge postpones Robinson’s request

According to court documents, Robinson filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order against the former Vanderpump Rules star. However, a judge declined to grant the request immediately because Sandoval had already secured a temporary restraining order against her on June 25.

Instead, the court scheduled a hearing for July 16, when both parties’ requests are expected to be considered.

Robinson details abuse allegations

In her court filing, Robinson alleged that Sandoval physically and verbally abused her during their relationship, which lasted from early 2024 until June 2026. She claimed the alleged incidents included being pushed down a staircase, shoved to the floor during a trip to Nashville and involved in a physical confrontation at Sandoval’s home in June.

She also alleged that her father was injured during the June incident after being pushed into a fire pit and requested that any future protective order include him as well.

Sandoval denies the claims

Sandoval has denied Robinson’s allegations through his representative, who said the reality television personality was the victim of repeated physical and emotional abuse during the relationship.

His legal team also claims video evidence supports his account, alleging Robinson struck him during the June altercation. Those claims have not been tested in court.

Robinson further accused Sandoval of verbally insulting her, attempting to control her movements and repeatedly intimidating her throughout the relationship. She also claimed she previously contacted police after an alleged incident in 2025 but later withdrew her statement because she did not want him to face criminal charges.

Separately, Robinson’s father has also filed a civil harassment restraining order against Sandoval.

What happens next?

The July 16 hearing is expected to determine whether either temporary order should be extended or modified. At that stage, both sides will have an opportunity to present evidence supporting their respective claims.

As with any civil restraining order proceeding, the allegations remain contested. No court has determined the truth of the competing accusations, and both parties continue to deny wrongdoing.

Cases involving mutual allegations of domestic abuse often require courts to carefully review witness testimony, video evidence and other documentation before reaching a decision. Until the scheduled hearing takes place, the legal dispute between Sandoval and Robinson remains unresolved.
