French actress Nadia Farès has died at the age of 57, one week after being found unconscious in a swimming pool in Paris.

The incident occurred on April 11, when she was discovered unresponsive at a private gym and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

According to reports, she suffered a cardiac arrest and was placed into a coma following the incident.

She remained hospitalized for several days before passing away on April 17 at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital.
